Hackley Architectural Signage's Plant - supports a wide range of "in house" fabrication departments.

Art Department - Design of conceptual and presentation art, technical drawings for project submittals, digital imaging for custom graphics, production of films, vinyl, masks and templates for sign fabrication and hot foil stamping for tipping tactile signage. Equipment includes State of the Art computer hardware and design software, exterior grade digital color printing, plotting, laminating and CAD cutting machines.

Plate Processing Department - Production of etched photo-polymer components for ADA signage and photo sensitive sand carving stencils for sign fabrication. Equipment includes computer aided plate processor for exacting line definition and control of quality on production runs.

Routing Department - CNC routing and Engraving for 3-dimensional signage and displays. Department features A state of the art flat bed router for cutting of materials such as Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Stainless Steel, Wood, Acrylics, solid surface materials and laminates in any shape or dimension.

Fabrication Department - Manufacturing and assembly of all signage materials and substrates. Functions include design, construction and Installations. The Fabrication Department features new industrial grade machinery and shop equipment. Purchases are made annually to insure that our manufacturing processes are State of The Art.

Paint Department - Applies finishes and coatings to any material. Includes computer color formulating of over 10,000 colors and custom color matching with Matthew's acrylic polyurethane paints. Department features fully enclosed downdraft spray painting booth, automatic gun washers and solvent recycling equipment.

Hackley Architectural Signage's Management and Quality Control Processes enable us to efficiently control the manufacturing environment to achieve consistent product output and maintain quality standards.

Daily staff meetings ensure that production work flow, project specifications and quality standards are met. Other areas emphasized are shop safety, equipment maintenance, organization and cleanliness.
